2024 Fobisia
In the spring of 2024, our school's team went to Bangkok to attend to annual U13 FOBISIA Competition, consisting of basketball, soccer, track & field and swimming. In the basketball tournament, me and my team eventually came second place out of all the teams. After the game, I sat on the side of the court, tears went down my muddy face, and looking back on my basketball journey and what got me here today to this point. The moments of commitment and hard work flashbacked in my brain, and I realized, how important my efforts and dedication were, and how much I gained from it.

Club training
When we returned to school, I joined my coach's club and went back to regular training. At first, it was tough settling in and adjusting to the level of intensity, but my coach and my teammates were there, helping me recover and giving me advices. Soon, with my teammates, we attended several competitions and games throughout the years. I have to say that the feeling of being able to play on the court side by side with my teammates again really meant something unique to me after the years of solitary training during the pandemic
Perseverance
Persistence During the Pandemic
In the winter of 2019, the wide-spread disease, later known as covid-19, hit every sport lover like me hard. I could no longer participate in weekly trainings and games, I was blocked from all the training facilities. However, being in that dilemma didn't stop my passion for basketball. When I was allowed to go out, I woke up early every morning, biked to the park nearby, and again started training with my coach.
Passion
Starting in childhood
I still remembered when I first stepped onto a basketball court, when I felt in love with the sound of the leather ball bouncing off the wooden floor. When I first went to training camp, I was the smallest among all, I didn't know how to dribble, all I could do was try to slam the ball on the ground. However, that particular moment marked the beginning of my 8 year basketball career.
